David has been immersed in Tai Chi since the 1980, drawing from the classical Yang family lineage to deliver accessible, health-oriented practices. His sessions are not about competitive martial arts but about fostering well-being through slow, intentional forms that improve flexibility, posture, and mental clarity. With a welcoming style, David tailors lessons to all levels, often incorporating Hong Kong's natural landscapes for an immersive experience. Style: Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi for Health Experience.
